FRC Group appointed to the NEPO411 Furniture Framework

FRC Group has been appointed to the NEPO411 Furniture Procurement Framework, run by the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO), for the period 1 September 2026 to 31

August 2030. The framework is a compliant, multi-supplier route for public sector bodies, including local authorities, housing associations, and NEPO's wider associate membership, to procure furniture without running a separate tender.

Both FRC Living and Buckingham Interiors ranges are accessible through the framework, covering supported housing, temporary accommodation, extra care, and independent living settings. For local authorities specifically, FRC Living also provides furniture and appliances direct to residents for local welfare schemes and Crisis & Resilience Fund services.

FRC Group has supplied, delivered, and installed furniture across the UK for over 30 years, with every range specified fire compliant as standard for social housing, local authority, and supported settings.

“Being appointed to the NEPO411 framework gives housing providers and local authorities across the North East and beyond a straightforward, compliant way to work with us. We’re a supplier of fire safety compliant, contract-standard furniture for social housing and with our North East depot we’re right on your doorstep. From white goods and essentials to full furnished settings with products and finishes to suit different styles, requirements, timescales and budgets. Our deliver times are typically within 5 working days. Our installation teams are DBS checked and trained to be sensitive to occupied settings in the social housing sector.”
